Master System 2 (1990)
The Master System 2 is a redesigned version of the Master System. It again sold very poorly in the US and Japan. It sold most in Europe, Australia and the United Kingdom. It again is very common in second hand shops. The Master System 2 is very much the same as the original Master System. The only differences are there is no longer a reset switch, there is no longer a card slot (card games and the 3-D Glasses cannot be used with the Master System 2) and the system can come with a built in game such as Sonic the Hedgehog. The Master System 2 is also much smaller than the original Master System.
